We figure out why you react the way you do. Not just what triggers you — but what's underneath it. You stop asking "what's wrong with me?" and start understanding what's actually going on.
We work with your nervous system using counselling, coaching and breathwork. Not so you never feel emotional — so your emotions stop running the show.
You reconnect with what you actually need, what your boundaries are, and what you value. The version of you that's been buried under everything else.
You speak up. You set boundaries. You trust yourself. Not because you forced yourself to — but because you finally understand yourself well enough to.
About 8 years ago I started spiralling. I'd been diagnosed with depression at 13, put on medication, and by my late twenties I was dealing with unresolved trauma and grief that was showing up in every reaction — the rage, the shutdown, the days in bed hating myself for it.
I realised if I didn't do something, nothing was going to change. So I found help that worked on the body and the mind together. And it worked. So I studied it.
Trauma is what I know. It's what brought me to this work and it's what I specialise in.
Now I help women understand why they react so they can speak up, set boundaries and feel safe being themselves.

I work closely with each person I take on. WhatsApp support means I'm genuinely available between sessions — not just for an hour a week.

Most of the women I work with have already done therapy. That awareness is actually really valuable — it means we can move faster. What I add is the nervous system and breathwork piece, which is what shifts things at a body level, not just a thinking level. It's different.
