Hi, I'm Nay.

Holistic Counsellor Breathwork Therapist Meditation Teacher 5 years · 150+ women

About 8 years ago I started spiralling. I'd been diagnosed with depression at 13, put on medication, and by my late twenties I was dealing with unresolved trauma and grief that was showing up in every reaction — the rage, the shutdown, the days in bed hating myself for it.

I realised if I didn't do something, nothing was going to change. So I found help that worked on the body and the mind together. And it worked. So I studied it.

Trauma is what I know. It's what brought me to this work and it's what I specialise in.

Now I help women understand why they react so they can speak up, set boundaries and feel safe being themselves.

Common questions.

I've done therapy and it didn't fully work. Why would this?
Therapy is great for understanding where something comes from. What I add is nervous system work through breathwork and coaching, reconnecting with your values and boundaries, and building tools that actually change how you respond. Most women who come to me have already done therapy. That awareness is valuable. We just go further with it.
I've never done breathwork. Is that okay?
Completely fine. I introduce it gradually once we've already done some work together. You don't need any experience at all.
I'm really busy. How does this fit in?
I'm a full time mum running a business. I built this around real life, not a perfect schedule. All sessions are via Zoom from home. If something comes up, we work around it. I'm not rigid.
Can I do this from anywhere?
Yes. Everything is via Zoom. I work with women across Australia and internationally.
